This Impressive REUGE Musical Treasure Chest provides a wonderful home for your Jewelry. Inside, it has a removable tray with another compartment below, all lined with a luxurious red velvet.

It includes a lock and tassled key. When you open the lid, it will play a Minuet by Mozart. The Musical Movement is made in Switzerland by REUGE, founded in 1865. The movement has 18 notes.

The Walnut Box features a Floral Marquetry Inlay Design, skillfully crafted in Italy. It is mostly made by hand, using skills and techniques that date back centuries. The beautiful chromatic effects of natural wood, combined with the skilled hand labor of seasoned craftspeople, produce the truly unique result. A variety of locally sourced. 12" Wide x 7" Deep x 4.5 Tall.

It comes in its original cardboard carton, although there are a few scribbled notes indicating that the original tune may have been different from the current Minuet. It is in nearly new condition, except for an overall cloudiness in the top finish. Otherwise, it has no known scratches or issues. Hinge is solid, Lock works, Music Plays. Likely, it has only been "played" while on display in a store.
